Job Responsibilities
Market development and management: Responsible for the daily development and management of overseas markets to ensure the realization of business goals. Develop and execute development plans for the local market in line with the company's strategy. Business Development: Establish and maintain good business relationships with local customers by using one of the multilingual capabilities in Indonesian, English, Italian, Russian, Spanish, etc. Develop new customers and expand market share. Team Leadership: Leading and managing teams at overseas branches, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team building. Ensure team member productivity and satisfaction. Cross-cultural communication: Acting as a bridge between the company and the local market, responsible for the communication and coordination of cultural differences. Ensure that company policies and procedures are understood and enforced by the local team. Project Management: Manage and supervise overseas projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget and with quality. Solve problems in the process of project execution. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all business activities comply with local laws, regulations and company policies. Identify and assess business risks and develop appropriate risk management measures. Financial Monitoring: Monitor the financial health of the branch, including budget control, cost management, and revenue growth. Regular reporting to Headquarters on financial and operational status. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle customer complaints and issues, and improve customer satisfaction. Localization strategy: Develop and implement a localization strategy for products or services based on the characteristics of the local market. Crisis management: In the event of an emergency, act quickly to protect the company's interests and reputation.
Job Requirements
Language ability: Proficient in Indonesian, English, Italian, Russian, Spanish and other multilingual abilities, able to use as a working language. Work experience: More than 3 years of relevant work experience, overseas work experience is preferred. Management skills: Experience in team management and project management. Communication Skills: Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to international travel and work in different cultural environments.
