Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities 1. Normal use, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment: Responsible for ensuring the normal operation of equipment, performing necessary maintenance and upkeep work, timely repairing faulty equipment, and recording the repair status. 2. Equipment renovation and plan development: Responsible for equipment renovation work, developing equipment maintenance and repair plans, writing maintenance operation manuals, training equipment maintenance workers to reduce equipment maintenance costs. 3. Development of equipment procurement and investment plans: Collaborate with superiors to develop new equipment procurement and investment plans, organize equipment selection and procurement. 4. Inspection and assessment of equipment operation: Responsible for the inspection, recording, assessment, and daily management of the operation of various equipment in the company. 5. Preparation of Equipment Safety Operating Procedures: Prepare equipment safety operating procedures, conduct technical operation assessments for operators, and issue operation certificates. 6. Handling of equipment accidents: Assist superiors in handling major equipment accidents, participate in accident analysis, propose handling suggestions, and promptly report major accidents to superiors and the company.

Job Requirements

Job requirements 1. College degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, automation or related fields. 2. Have certain experience in equipment management, such as more than 3 years of experience in equipment management. 3. Professional knowledge and skills: Proficient in PLC programming, familiar with AUTOCAD, able to read electronic circuit schematics, familiar with safety operating procedures for mechanical equipment, familiar with mechanical structures, hydraulic principles, and equipment control principles. 4. Having a high sense of work responsibility and rigorous work attitude, good planning, steady and serious, and emphasizing integrity; High work efficiency, able to withstand strong work pressure; Capable of enduring hardship and having strong execution ability. 5. Language proficiency: Proficient in spoken English and simple communication in Chinese.
