Job Responsibilities
1. Sign for the equipment that is returned and exchanged every day, and confirm that the received package is damaged, such as timely feedback logistics due to logistics reasons; 2. Unpack the received equipment, and pay attention not to scratch the machine; 3. Enter the return form in the system for the returned equipment, verify whether the physical object is consistent with the return order, and feedback the customer service in time for abnormal situations; 4. The express delivery signed on the same day shall be dismantled on the same day and put into storage, and the physical and accounting management shall be done; 5. On-site 5S control, distinguish between good and bad products;
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, Chinese 2. More than 1 year of relevant work experience in receiving or warehousing, recording orders, etc.; 3. Familiar with operation improvement and 5S management; 4. Proficient in using EXCEL/WORD and other office software; 5. Familiar with national after-sales service laws and regulations and the company's after-sales policies; 6. Hard-working, excellent communication skills and strong initiative;
