Job Responsibilities

1. Fully responsible for warehouse management, reasonably allocating personnel, maintaining normal warehouse operations, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory and material turnover data. 2. Continuously improve and perfect warehouse operation standard procedures and management systems, enhancing operational efficiency and supervising implementation. 3. Reasonably set and optimize warehouse area planning and layout to effectively utilize warehouse space. 4. Supervise the inspection, entry and exit of physical goods and ERP system, ensuring data accuracy. 5. Responsible for planning, inspecting, supervising, evaluating, improving, and ensuring the smooth and effective daily warehouse operations such as receiving, shelving, picking, sorting, and inventory counting. 6. Responsible for supervising warehouse safety management, including fire prevention, theft prevention, damage prevention, and 5S management.

Job Requirements

1. At least three years of warehouse management experience in a company with over 100 employees, preferably in the e-commerce industry. 2. Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
