Mandarin, Japanese, Korean would be useful additionSolid technical or functional knowledge of Financial software, preferably on Capital Markets software and ideally on FusionInvest and FusionCapital SophisMore than 7 years of customer support experience in a technical or functional environmentEffectively manages different types of tasks at the same timeAbility to manage and engage a team of individual contributorsAble to remain calm under pressureCommitment to customer service - willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent serviceKnowledge of Financial Instruments (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivates) is beneficialKnowledge of Oracle, SQL, Client-Server Architecture is advantageousBasic degree: Preferably in Engineering / Mathematics / Computer Science / Finance / Business Administration
