Job Responsibilities
1. Leverage partnerships and business acumen to enable the creation and implementation of HR tactics in alignment with overseas regions 2. Leverage HQ resources to implement talent development strategy and activities to help overseas regions to update talent pool to support business growth 3. Leverage HQ resources to implement talent acquisition strategy and activities to provide qualified candidates for overseas key positions 4. Immerse yourself in the organization to build productive relationships with internal key clients on all levels 5. Communicate between China HQ and regions to help overseas regions to promote culture projects/activities
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, major in human resources or business administration is preferred; 2. Fresh graduate is preferred, has the ability to take responsibility for international talent program independently; 3. Excellent analytical and communication skills; 4. Proficient in MS office; 5. Ability to respond to multiple changes and working to influence change remotely; 6. Excellent verbal and written English language skill
