Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the superior in the comprehensive management of company HR and administrative work. 2. Develop human resource planning and carry out recruitment, training, compensation and performance management, and employee relations. 3. Establish and improve the company's human resource and administrative management systems and policies. 4. Oversee company culture construction and organize various corporate cultural activities. 5. Assist with reception and external liaison tasks. 6. Prepare and manage the annual and monthly administrative expense budgets.
Job Requirements
1. Over 10 years of experience in managing HR or administrative teams in large manufacturing enterprises. 2. Familiar with local administrative policies, laws, and regulations in Vietnam, with strong administrative management skills. 3. Proficient in computer operations and office software, skilled in creating PowerPoint presentations. 4. Strong communication skills, good learning ability, and writing skills. 5. Excellent team leadership ability, strong sense of responsibility, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear thinking, and attention to detail. 6. Outstanding external relations and public relations skills, with the ability to handle emergencies. 7. Experience working abroad is a plus. 8. Fluent in Vietnamese. 9. Strong ability to handle pressure.
