Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in the planning, support, organization, and implementation of technical marketing and branding activities for the company in the Munich region; participate in various marketing activities and coordinate market expansion and promotion efforts. 2. Manage information security and internal controls within the department in compliance with company legal and regulatory requirements. 3. Responsible for daily administrative reception and coordination of events. 4. Handle routine administrative tasks, such as meeting arrangements, document management, employee attendance, and departmental training. 5. Oversee the request, management, and distribution of office supplies and other fixed assets. 6. Perform other temporary tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or higher. 2. Adaptable to a diverse work environment, with strong interpersonal communication skills, a willingness to learn continuously, and an open mindset. 3. Proficient in using various basic office software. 4. Candidates with an EU driver’s license and proficient driving skills are preferred.
