Job Responsibilities
1.Monitor and report monthly travel expenses. 2.Manage records, documents, and costs related to the office. 3.Contact & Recruit new employees as required. 4.Inform employees about company regulations, culture, and relevant legal requirements. 5.Daily sending and receiving of express delivery.
Job Requirements
1.Graduated from vocational school, college, or university in Human Resources Management, Economics, or related fields. 2.Proficient in English (fluent in listening and speaking; reading and writing skills are a plus). Chinese proficiency is preferred. 3.Strong communication skills, quick, sociable, and able to handle pressure. 4.Proficient in using current office software. 5.Perform other tasks as assigned by the department.
