Job Responsibilities
1.Payment of office (work space) lease, contract execution (signature, Rent) , water/electricity/internet/printing/communication (if any) ; 2. Purchase office supplies, maintenance of accounting management; 3. Responsible for all kinds of documents processing, file management; 4. Check-in and check-out procedures: employment contract sign, renew and check-out procedures; 5. Employee contributions to mandatory provident funds, commercial insurance, etc. 6. Staff Hong Kong work visa processing (if required) ; 7. To assist the personnel/administration/Finance/other departments to complete their work in Hong Kong; 8. Other administrative support work arranged by the company
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, major is not limited. 2. More than 2 years working experience, 3. Proficiency and fluency in Pudong and Cantonese; 4. Familiar with OFFICE, E-MAIL and other common software; 5. Possess a Hong Kong identity card;
