Job Responsibilities
Responsibility 1. Responsible for new staff entry process, including on boarding, prepare the personal materials, e.g. labor contract, confidentially agreement, code of business conduct and other related attachments in accordance with national regulations and the company's internal needs; 2. Manage contract renew process including organize contract signing and follow up; 3. Responsible for associate termination management, including i-Termination follow up, error feedback and update, issue leaving certificates etc.; 4. Responsible P-file/eFile management and file archive room management; 5. Manage associate’s time attendance data and provide related monthly report;
Job Requirements
Requirement 1. Bachelor degree or above, with 1-3 years working experience; 2. Good at team work with proactive attitude and customer orientated mindset; 3. Willing to learn and fast learner, strong motivation of self-development ; 4. Experience in HR related function is a plus.
