Job Responsibilities
1. Develop, improve and implement HR strategies related but not limited to staffing, employee compensation, performance evaluation, training and development, etc., that aligns with the overall business objectives 2. Collaborate with senior leadership to set and drive long term strategy and growth 3. Manage and oversee all HR & Admin operations and drive results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities 4. Monitor and ensure compliance with local legal requirements and labor laws, maintain knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources 5. Set goals, train, coach, and develop employees within HR & Admin and throughout the organization
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field 2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources 3. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations 4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset 5. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion 6. Requires fluent Thai, and professional level of English or Mandarin
