Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation and management of overseas warehouses, formulating warehouse process standards, and supervising and guiding the daily operations of the warehouse. Control storage costs and effectively manage the inventory of goods. 2. Daily coordination of receiving and shipping instructions for overseas warehouses, tracking the progress of goods received and delivered to the warehouse (FBM shipping and receiving, FBA transfer shipping and receiving). 3. Daily data reconciliation and inventory checking for overseas warehouses. 4. Quarterly inventory counting and adjustment. 5. Monthly invoice checking and payment requests for suppliers. 6. Team building, personnel management of overseas warehouses, and management of daily work distribution. 7. Handling of daily exceptions in overseas warehouses. 8. Contract review, signing for various warehouses, and review of business and warehouse contract changes and supplements.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, with priority consideration for majors in International Logistics, International Trade, Logistics Management, and Supply Chain Management; 2. Have more than 3 years of experience in overseas warehouse product design or operation, with a certain understanding of the market's last-mile logistics products, and experience with large items is preferred; 3. Possess strong market analysis and trend forecasting abilities, capable of anticipating risks in the overseas storage process and formulating effective plans in advance; 4. Responsible for the introduction of overseas warehouse suppliers, KPI assessment, optimization, and elimination, with strong negotiation skills, a spirit of collaboration, and good communication and logical thinking abilities; 5. Good communication skills and time management abilities, strong sense of responsibility, and high stress resistance.
