Job Responsibilities

1. Familiar with the warehousing system, understand the operational logic of B2C warehouses, and remotely guide warehouse personnel in normal operations. 2. Responsible for managing the entire process of logistics in the Philippine overseas warehouse, ensuring the normal operation of stored goods and transportation. 3. Fully responsible for training in overseas warehouse management affairs (including warehouse planning, goods storage, inbound and outbound management, warehouse security, etc.), guiding the continuous improvement of warehouse management systems and processes. 4. Responsible for the daily management of the overseas warehouse, reasonably arranging employee work based on local conditions, and supervising and assessing work quality to ensure normal warehouse operations while improving operational quality and efficiency. 5. Familiar with the inventory process, develop daily inventory plans for the warehouse, check the accuracy of inventory counts, ensure consistency between locations, products, quantities, and the system, strictly handle discrepancies according to regulations, and timely report inventory situations and discrepancy analyses. 6. Efficiently and scientifically manage storage locations for goods, continuously optimize work based on the current warehousing operations, and propose improvement plans to maximize warehouse utilization and effectively control operating costs.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, with CET-4 or CET-6 certification in English (mandatory requirement) and able to use English as a working language. 2. Preference for candidates with overseas warehouse work experience and 1-3 years of warehousing management experience. 3. Preference for candidates who have managed warehouses in the cross-border industry with over 20 staff.
