Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain target regional clients, build channel systems, organize and execute sales strategies based on products such as unmanned forklifts/AMR/AGV and related systems to achieve market share and sales goals. 2. Collect and analyze market trends and competitive dynamics in target regions, feedback customer and market demands, and formulate and implement corresponding strategies. 3. Conduct product branding and promotion in alignment with the company's overall brand strategy to enhance brand and product exposure and influence. 4. Build a talent pipeline in the region to support the continuous growth of the business scale.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Management, or related fields. 2. Proficiency in English, Japanese, or Korean as a working language. 3. Experience in overseas sales within the logistics automation equipment, logistics integrators, intelligent manufacturing, warehousing logistics, and AGV robots industries is preferred. 4. Over three years of experience in overseas market development, client liaison, and large project negotiations. 5. Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with excellent execution and stress resistance abilities, and a strong sense of commitment.
