Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and expand business for residential energy storage systems in European regions (including major countries like Germany, Italy, Austria, and surrounding countries), and establish overseas sales channels. 2. Stay sensitive to industry trends, market dynamics, policy directions, and distributor decisions in Europe. Formulate and execute sales strategies accordingly. 3. Independently communicate with European clients for business and initial technical discussions. Maintain pre-sales and post-sales customer relationships, conduct regular follow-ups, stay updated on customer developments, and build long-term partnerships. 4. Collect and analyze market feedback, work closely with the product team to provide market insights for product improvements and new product development. 5. Assist with local product certification, market promotion, and trade show arrangements.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, or a related field, with over three years of experience in overseas sales. Experience in expanding markets in new energy or related industries (such as energy storage, photovoltaics, inverters, batteries) is preferred. 2. In-depth understanding of the European market, with familiarity with the business environment and market rules in Germany, Italy, Austria, and surrounding countries. 3. Excellent English communication skills, capable of conducting business negotiations and written communication. Proficiency in other European languages (such as German, Italian) is a plus. 4. Strong business communication and adaptability skills, with the ability to handle pressure effectively.
