Job Responsibilities
1 Develop joint business plans for key customers within the institutional and private healthcare customer base 2 Ensure plans are constantly reviewed; lead the customer relationship through business planning, implementation and follow up 3 Contract negotiations, including product offering and pricing strategies 4 Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are communicated to, and understand their role 5 Frequently analyses customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities 6 Actively support the healthcare Account Managers to achieve strategic plans
