Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for expanding the company's brand products to various types of distributors, supermarkets, corporate customers, and individual customers in Europe and the Middle East, achieving expansion targets, and accumulating customer resources; 2. Responsible for evaluating and categorizing the quality of various offline resources, expanding and ultimately improving channel sales performance; 3. Responsible for mining and analyzing brand information related to category competition, identifying growth opportunities, and providing optimization suggestions or adjustment plans for current channel expansion; 4. Responsible for mining and conducting in-depth analysis of brand audience customer information, improving customer quality, and increasing the success rate of expansion; 5. Responsible for maintaining customer and enterprise resource relationships, continuously expanding the list of high-quality customer resources, and improving repurchase rates. 岗位职责: 1、负责公司品牌产品欧洲、中东区域国家线下各类型经销商、商超、企业客户及个人客户的拓展,完成拓展指标,累积客户资源; 2、负责对线下各资源质量进行评估及分类,完成拓展并最终完成提升渠道销售业绩; 3、负责相关类目竞对品牌信息挖掘,数据分析,挖掘增长机会,为当前渠道拓展提供优化建议或调整方案; 4、负责品牌受众客户信息的挖掘及深度分析,提高客户质量,提高拓展成功率; 5、负责维护客户及企业资源关系,持续扩大优质客户资源名单,负责提高复购率。
Job Requirements
Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in English, marketing, e-commerce, or related fields; 2. More than 8 years of experience in channel expansion in Europe and the Middle East, and over 5 years of team management experience (with 0-1 team building ability), with priority given to e-commerce channel expansion experience in Europe and the Middle East; 3. Having experience in expanding and operating large supermarkets, excellent business negotiation skills, cross departmental communication and coordination abilities, project management skills, and strong brand thinking ability; 4. Fluent English reading, writing, and communication skills, able to communicate independently with target market customers; 5. Must have experience studying/working in the European region and have knowledge of local cultural customs. 任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历,英语、市场营销、电子商务等相关专业优先; 2、具有8年以上欧洲、中东区域渠道拓展经验、5年以上团队管理经验(具有0-1团队搭建能力),欧洲、中东地区电商渠道拓展经验优先; 3、具备大型商超拓展操盘经验、出色的商务洽谈能力、跨部门沟通协调能力、项目管理能力,以及较强的品牌思维力; 4、流畅的英文读写及沟通水平,能够和目标市场客户进行独立沟通; 5、需具有欧洲区域留学学习/工作等生活经历,了解当地的文化习惯等。
