Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute international market sales plans based on assigned regional sales targets, detail execution steps, and strictly adhere to them to achieve marketing objectives for the designated area. 2. Conduct thorough market research for the assigned region, including market capacity, competition, bidding processes, bidding culture, and end-user preferences. Formulate and regularly review and optimize the marketing implementation plan for the region/country in alignment with international marketing strategies. 3. Assist the marketing department in developing and maintaining relationships with experts, provide product prototypes as needed, and guide experts in producing papers, lectures, testimonials, and relevant cases to enhance regional brand reputation. 4. Attend professional exhibitions in the assigned region as arranged by the company, handle customer reception during and after the event, and follow up on communications to expand international customer resources. 5. Expand and maintain international channel clients, conduct training and marketing strategy promotion for channel partners, and oversee and guide the marketing activities of international channel partners. 6. Participate in business negotiations with clients in the assigned region and handle subsequent business processes following contract signing. 7. Monitor client inventory, sales, and purchasing conditions, and follow up on client delivery plans and material status. 8. Review client qualifications according to admission rating rules, supervise, guide, and inspect the client information archiving and platform information updating, and establish and maintain comprehensive international client records. 9. Regularly visit key clients, maintain good communication, and sustain stable client relationships.

Job Requirements

1. Understanding of medical device background and export requirements. 2. Familiarity with order management and risk assessment. 3. Fluency in Spanish (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
