Job Responsibilities
1. Develop the overall sales strategy for the region, create and implement sales plans, and achieve sales targets. 2. Analyze the industry, opportunities, and risks in the regional sales market, and create sales forecasts. 3. Manage the sales team and customer managers in the region. 4. Sign sales contracts and coordinate to resolve issues during contract execution. 5. Handle expense reimbursement, payment collection, and related tasks. 6. Collect market and industry information to provide a basis for marketing decisions. 7. Report on business progress as required by the company. 8. Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective after-sales service for customers.
Job Requirements
1. 5-10 years of sales experience in Europe (mainly Italy), Africa (Nigeria), and Southeast Asia; experience in managing large teams is preferred. 2. Associate degree or above. 3. Residence abroad; experience in the home storage industry is preferred. 4. Familiar with foreign trade export processes; experience in managing large projects is preferred.
