Job Responsibilities

1. Develop channel strategies for the French market based on the company’s overall plan, achieve sales targets, and be accountable for performance in France. 2. Develop clients at various levels and establish a comprehensive channel system covering national agents, wholesalers, and retailers. 3. Regularly visit agents and channel clients to maintain relationships, provide channel incentives, resolve issues promptly, and ensure channel stability. 4. Track inventory management, assist clients with order planning, and help the company with timely payment collection. 5. Develop and implement marketing activities to promote the company and its products, enhancing brand image. 6. Conduct company presentations and product training for sales personnel, optimize product displays, manage promotional materials, and assist clients with product sell-through and sell-out. 7. Recruit and manage business, promotional, and after-sales personnel as needed, establishing and managing the local brand operation team. 8. Conduct market research to understand market demand and competitive information, and submit regular market reports.

Job Requirements

1. Over 3 years of experience in developing and expanding overseas channels for an independent brand enterprise, with a preference for experience in electronic cigarettes, consumer electronics, or fast-moving consumer goods. 2. Strong communication and coordination skills, client development abilities, and team spirit. 3. Highly sensitive to market information, with the ability to identify and seize market opportunities promptly. 4. Fluent in spoken French, able to use it as a working language.
