Job Responsibilities
Responsible for: whole-module HR of factory-related matters, mainly recruiting in the early stage, and then depending on expertise and the development of the factory, I hope I can also undertake administrative work matters. At the same time, there will be Indonesian HR and administrative personnel to implement specific human resources work and communicate with employees.
