Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures following best practices and compliance in line with current and local legislation and effectively meeting the needs of the business team Managing complex employee relations cases and providing resolution strategies Driving performance management processes to sustain a high-performance culture Provide HR support to staff and managers, ensuring your advice complies with company policy, current employment legislation Provide European region labour market insights through data analysis and company benchmark Manage the end-to-end recruiting process: partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies using job boards, career pages and social networks, plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews Host and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, campus recruitment to network with potential candidates and build up talent pool

Job Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources management or similar, graduated in Germany is a plus. 8+ years of experience in related roles, at least experience in recruitment and employee relationship. You have great change management and project management experience. You have extensive HR experience and knowledge, including proficiency in local labour laws in Germany. You have strong business acumen and interest in business practice. Knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. (preferably also other European countries). Proficient in English and Mandarin, Germany will be a plus.
