Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute recruitment plans based on the company's development progress and recruitment timeline; 2. Develop and maintain recruitment channels to ensure that they effectively meet the company's employment needs; 3. Effectively execute the recruitment process and maintain timely communication with regional leaders; 4. Summarize the problems in recruitment work, propose optimization and improvement plans, and complete recruitment data analysis.
Job Requirements
Skill requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resource management is preferred, proficient in Vietnamese, proficient in English or Chinese; 2. 3 years or more of recruitment experience, preferably with experience in recruiting from Chinese companies or chain retail enterprises; 3. Outgoing personality, good communication and expression skills, stress resistance, and learning ability; 4. Strong sense of purpose, able to arrange work time reasonably, responsible for recruitment effectiveness; 5. Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, and positive energy.
