Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment strategy formulation: Based on the company's development strategy and human resources planning, formulate a recruitment plan for the new factory in Indonesia, including the selection of recruitment channels, the formulation of recruitment budgets, and the optimization of recruitment processes. 2. Talent demand analysis: Communicate with department managers to gain a deeper understanding of business needs, analyze job vacancies and talent gaps, and determine the job description and requirements for recruitment positions. 3. Recruitment channel management: Expand and maintain local recruitment channels in Indonesia, including campus recruitment, social recruitment, headhunting cooperation, online recruitment platforms, etc., to ensure the effectiveness and diversity of recruitment channels. 4. Recruitment process execution: Organize and participate in recruitment processes such as resume screening, interviews, and evaluations to ensure the fairness, efficiency, and compliance of the recruitment process. 5. Candidate evaluation and selection: Using professional evaluation tools and methods, conduct a comprehensive evaluation of candidates, including abilities, potential, cultural fit, etc., to select suitable employees for the company. 6. Recruitment data analysis: Regularly collect and analyze recruitment data, including recruitment efficiency, costs, candidate sources, etc., to provide data support for optimizing recruitment strategies. 7. Employer Brand Building: Participate in the company's employer brand building activities to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness in the talent market. 8. Team building and management: Lead and cultivate recruitment teams, enhance their professional abilities and work efficiency, and create a positive and upward working atmosphere.
Job Requirements
1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resource management, psychology, sociology, or related fields. 2. Work experience: At least 5 years of recruitment work experience, including 1 year or more of recruitment management position experience. 3. Language requirements: Proficient in Chinese and Indonesian; Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. 4. Competencies: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, analytical and judgment abilities, decision-making skills, and team leadership abilities; Strong talent identification ability and keen market insight. 5. Other requirements: Pay attention to details, have good time management and multitasking skills; Capable of withstanding significant work pressure and maintaining a positive and optimistic work attitude. 6. Professional knowledge: Familiar with recruitment processes, interview techniques, evaluation methods, and labor laws and regulations; Understand the use of human resource management systems and recruitment software.
