Job Responsibilities
Assist the local business to deliver HR activities including but not limited to full-cycle recruitment, employee life-cycle management, employment relationship enhancement, daily operation, etc. Act as the business partner to perform office administration duties, including but not limited to maintain the office supplies/facilities/equipment and files, facilitate the local contract review and other procedures required by HQ, making sure local office runs in order Work closely with headquarters for the periordly work review Assist in special projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Degree or above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline 3+ years of talent recruitment and admin experience, retail industry background must Strategic mindset with a hand-on approach as well Proactive and has strong ownership Excellent and flexible communication skills cross-functionally Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
