Job Responsibilities

1）Offer a luxury hotel front desk service, Responsible for guests` C/I,C/O, Inquiry and Currency Exchange service. 2）Adhering to hotel`s service standards and keep professional appearance all time. 3）Handling simple guests` complaints and maintaining a good relationships with guests. 4）Prompt hotel rooms selling and increase hotel revenue. 5）Smooth communication with other departments ensure keep a high guests` satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1）College degree or above, fluent in Mandarin and English. 2）Strong sense of service and responsibility. 3）Female Height 165cm/Male Height 178cm above with good appearance.
