Job Responsibilities

Store Management: Responsible for managing retail stores in the Russian region (St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Moscow), ensuring that brand image and product presentation meet company standards. Sales Promotion: Planning and executing promotional activities within terminal retail stores to increase brand awareness and product sales. Customer Relations: Establishing and maintaining good relationships with retail store customers, collecting customer feedback to optimize products and services. Market Research: Conducting market research to understand local market trends and competitor dynamics, providing strategic recommendations for the company. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, responding promptly to the needs of retail partners to avoid overstock or stockouts. Pricing Control: Implementing price control mechanisms to prevent price chaos and ensure consistency in market pricing.

Job Requirements

1. Retail Management Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing retail stores, preferably in the vaping or related industry. 2. Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for traveling to stores within the region.
