Job Responsibilities

1. International Market Strategy Execution - Formulate and execute the annual sales plan for overseas regions, decompose the target to the country/regional market, and coordinate the channel layout of the display product line (consumer/commercial/e-sports, etc.); - Adjust the strategy according to the characteristics of the regional market, and lead the implementation of major projects such as agent access negotiation and government/enterprise centralized procurement bidding. 2. Customer development and resource integration - Develop overseas agents, operators and key industry customers (such as chain retailers, government procurement departments, system integrators), and establish a long-term cooperation network; - Maintain core customer relationships, coordinate technical and after-sales teams to solve cross-border delivery, tariff logistics and other issues, and improve customer repurchase rate. 3. Cross-cultural team management - Set up and manage a multinational sales team of 5-10 people, develop a localized assessment mechanism, and regularly train product technical knowledge and cross-cultural negotiation skills; - Lead marketing activities such as international exhibitions and industry summits, and cooperate with the marketing department to formulate regional brand promotion plans. 4. Market Analysis and Supply Chain Collaboration - Monitor the dynamics of competitive products and technology trends (such as Mini LED, OLED penetration), and submit regional market reports on a regular basis; - Optimize the inventory management of overseas warehouses, and cooperate with the logistics team to control the cost and timeliness of cross-border transportation.

Job Requirements

1. Industry experience and resources - More than 5 years of overseas sales experience in the display equipment and consumer electronics industry, more than 3 years of team management experience, and mature regional agent resources in the Middle East/North America/Europe; - Familiarity with display industry standards and certification requirements (e.g., CE, FCC, ENERGY STAR). 2. Core competencies - Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent), can be used as a working language, mastery of minor languages (such as Spanish, Arabic) is preferred; - Experience in handling million-level international projects, familiar with the operating rules of cross-border e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Newegg) and government procurement processes; - Proficient in Incoterms 2020 and cross-border settlement risk management. 3. Other requirements - Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, marketing, electronic information is preferred; - Able to adapt to long-term overseas business trips, familiar with the culture and business practices of the target market. Bonus points - Worked in the overseas business department of leading companies in the display industry (such as Samsung, ViewSonic); - Successful cases of channel development in emerging markets (Southeast Asia, Latin America); - Master overseas digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business) and data analysis models.
