Job Responsibilities
1. Consistently provide excellent, enthusiastic customer service. 2. Prepare beverages and necessary ingredients according to company standards, manage customer orders, and payments. 3. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store. 4. Fulfill assigned additional duties to meet business requirements. 5. Adhere to standard operating procedures and guidelines for each location.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum education level Secondary/SPM/ OLevel. No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided. 2. Experience not required, as on-the-job training will be provided. 3. Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an additional advantage. 4. Able to work on shifts, night shifts, weekends, the eve of public holidays, and public holidays, 6 days a week, 8 hours per day. 5. Cooperative and willing to assist other team members. 6. Enthusiastic, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, and passionate about the food and beverage industry. 7. Independent and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
