Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the production of bar drinks and the configuration of various wine products; 2.Prepare drinks for various activities; 3.Responsible for the sanitation and inventory of lobby bar, timely check and replenish the reserve of bar drinks; 4.Develop new wine products irregularly.
Job Requirements
1.College degree or above, have certain English conversation ability, familiar with wine English language; 2.Familiar with the service process, regulations and requirements of bartenders in star-rated hotels; 3. Professional qualification certificate for bartenders, with more than 1 year experience in bartending; 4.Have the knowledge of wine cost management and accounting, master the cost of all kinds of drinks, the level of gross profit, and control the cost consumption; 5. able to communicate in English and Chinese.
