Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing the annual training plan, optimizing training needs, and creating training programs in line with the company's strategic layout and talent development requirements. 2. Organize the training system for field promotion positions, producing and iterating training materials based on industry trends and functional characteristics. 3. Improve the company's training system, establish training standards, and ensure uniform implementation. 4. Develop new courses and organize training based on training needs. 5. Responsible for tracking and providing feedback on training effectiveness.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, with experience in internal business training preferred. 2. Experience in training within the consumer finance industry or bank credit business is preferred, with the ability to independently develop courses. 3. Strong leadership, guidance, and management skills; excellent communication and coordination abilities; high sense of responsibility and execution; enthusiasm for work and team spirit. 4. Good psychological qualities and the ability to handle negative emotions.
