Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily maintenance of the company's office environment, including hardware and software, as well as desktop terminals. 2. Responsible for the installation and maintenance of the company's computer operating systems (Windows and Mac). 3. Provide technical support for the company's daily office systems, office software, and IT hardware and software. 4. Manage the distribution, installation, recovery, and regular inventory of employee computer equipment. 5. Provide IT technical support for meetings and events, quickly responding to support and maintenance work for various meeting venues. 6. Manage IT assets (including inventory management and warehouse management of IT assets). 7. Assist the system administrator in troubleshooting and identifying issues with business systems (such as ERP, MES, WMS, etc.) and perform basic system operation and maintenance.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in computer-related fields, with an associate degree or higher, and 2-3 years of experience in desktop operation and maintenance. 2. Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting office hardware such as computers, printers, and projectors, as well as maintaining common office software. 3. Familiar with computer system installation and AD domain account configuration. 4. Basic knowledge of networking, with the ability to clearly identify and troubleshoot basic network issues. 5. Good communication skills, service awareness, and teamwork abilities. 6. Experience in the operation and maintenance of business systems such as ERP, MES, and WMS is preferred.
