Job Responsibilities
1. Draw factory layouts for water, electricity, gas, and equipment and oversee construction. 2. Plan and implement the preparation and construction of equipment functions, including policies, workflows, team roles, covering group requirements and French specifics. 3. Develop and implement the department's annual operating plan based on company strategy and business plans; manage annual plan implementation, including planning and budgeting, breaking down monthly action plans, and reviewing plans and results. 4. Plan and implement installation, debugging, and acceptance; establish and run an equipment management system, including asset management and maintenance; promote TPM according to group lean production requirements. 5. Set factory energy goals, analyze monthly energy consumption, and develop and implement improvement measures. 6. Conduct investigations into equipment and safety incidents and formulate preventive action plans. 7. Comprehensive planning and management of equipment functions, including administrative and human resource management. 8. Other related tasks.
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or above. 2. 5 years or more of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year of management experience; international work experience preferred. 3. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills as the working language. 4. Proficient in Office and CAD software, with knowledge and skills in mechanical or electrical design, equipment management systems, and TPM. 5. Familiarity with layouts, specifications, and requirements for water, electricity, and gas plants; knowledge and skills in electromechanical equipment maintenance, team and project management. 6. Understanding of equipment policies and workflows, as well as basic human resource management knowledge and skills.
