Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the installation, training, and maintenance of equipment for international customers; 2. Assist the sales department with on-site machine inspections; 3. Regularly follow up with customers for machine maintenance according to company policies, eliminate potential issues, enhance customer satisfaction, and establish a good corporate image; 4. Troubleshoot customer issues based on their needs and provide solutions; 5. Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or higher (flexible for outstanding candidates), with some mechanical knowledge; preference for candidates with backgrounds in electromechanical or electrical engineering, and experience in fiber optics; 2. Basic spoken English or Russian preferred; 3. Strong awareness of after-sales service, marketing, and parts management; 4. Over one year of experience as an after-sales engineer, familiar with customer service processes and technical guidance, training, etc.; 5. Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to the nature of overseas work, with a certain level of resilience to pressure.
