Job Responsibilities
Looking for an experienced and energetic professional interested in joining a fast-growing and diverse team aimed at provide better Smart Energy solutions to our customers. In this role you will: Interface between our customers and SOFAR. Take ownership of dispatched customer issues in 2nd level. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems. Deliver support and contribute solutions for our customers together with the sales team or alone. Perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities. Support the sales team during events and sales activities. Training onsite or in our training center. Webinars for our customers. Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied. Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations. Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
Job Requirements
Educated as an electrical technician or engineer. Fluency in French on at least C1 level or Native, English at least B2. Experience in commercial and residential solutions. If you have any experience with battery solutions, this is beneficial. Experience in dealing with customers in critical situations. Ability to work structured and organised by using the different internal platforms. Willingness to travel. Driving license.
