Job Responsibilities
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation; Handle to contact suppliers for office equipment and ordering stationary; Manage and filing the documents which are invoices, contracts and other documents; Manage on-boarding services for new employees and expats, including arrangement of visa, work permit and residence card; Organize meeting room bookings, meeting set up and team building set up; Purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints; Manage Admin tasks; Monitor inventory of office supplies;
Job Requirements
Good communication skills; At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required;
