Job Responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain customer relationships, handle customer visits and meetings, and enhance customer satisfaction (Customer Relationship Management); 2. Identify sales opportunities and ensure they support the achievement of sales targets (Sales Target Management); 3. Drive profitable sales, develop contract negotiation strategies, and manage contract negotiation and signing (Contract Quality and Negotiation); 4. Improve contract quality, manage project budgets, pricing strategies, contract terms, and related risk identification (Contract Terms and Risk Management); 5. Develop key automotive customers in the Europe and America regions; 6. Conduct regional market and customer insights, creating a comprehensive market insight report.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in mechanical, electronic, or related fields; 2. Five years or more of sales experience in the automotive parts industry; 3. Strong planning abilities and team leadership skills for project implementation; 4. Preferred background and client resources with Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, General Motors; 5. Proficient in spoken English.
