Job Requirements
An academic degree or vocational qualification Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in automotive after-sales Demonstrated success in the after-sales area Solid knowledge of required software tools Strong leadership qualities with effective communication and facilitation skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Empathy and resilience Fluency in both German and English
