Job Requirements

Required Domain ExperienceDemonstrated expertise in building, shipping and supporting innovative, scalable enterprise-class 3-tier web applicationsDeep understanding of Java, J2EE, SOA/Web services, EAI patterns, long running business processes, UML and OOAD.Experienced in using Websphere, WebLogic, JBOSS or TomCat application serversMust be knowledgeable in system level profiling and debuggingMust be knowledgeable in at least one of the relational DBs (Oracle , DB2 or MS-SQL)8+ years of overall software development experience, preferably in a product development companyBE/B. Tech in CS, ECE, IT or Computer applications Desired Domain ExperienceExpertise in building multi-channel solutions for desktop, tablets and smart phonesPrior experience in building multi-tenanted cloud hosted applicationsPrior experience in Agile/Scrum and secure development methodologiesFinancial services software developmentM.Tech/M.E. in CS, ECE or IT Required SkillsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsBrilliant written, verbal and telephonic communication skillsAbility to shape ideas and opinions through proper communications and networking with key stakeholders using one’s knowledge and experience.Ability to motivate and inspire confidence in others through goal-focused actions.
