Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities: • Work with the Nauticoat USA team to grow the Nauticoat brand regionally through campaigns, events, social media and community relationships • Create and refresh Digital Marketing artwork to drive “full funnel” engagement more efficiently across paid and organic digital activity • Digital Banners for Facebook & Instagram Posts, Instagram Stories, Pinterest Ads, Display Banners, Email Newsletters, and Websites • Support the Marketing Manager in daily activities and the executing the marketing strategy across USA • Manage the execution of Organic Social channels ensuring engagement and reach whilst looking for new opportunities within this space • Maintain and build relationships with key community members within relevant pursuits • Coordinate and organize relevant teams to deliver campaigns across USA • Research and align with relevant brands by supporting events, integrating product and digital inclusions • Support print and media subscriptions, including budgeting and ad placements
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Attributes: • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or equivalent experience • At least 2 years of experience in brand marketing within a retail brand • Passion for the brand and ability to work both independently and within a team • Knowledge of the outdoor retail industry • Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders • Attention to detail while able to grasp the big picture • Excellent written and verbal communicator • Positive, highly motivated self-starter • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
