Job Responsibilities

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher, with preferred majors: Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, Marketing, or related fields. 2. Some experience in qualitative research/face-to-face interviews, capable of using qualitative interviews to go beyond surface-level product usage behaviors and gain a deeper understanding of users' attitudes and aesthetic values. (Bonus: Preference for candidates who have led or deeply participated in scenario-based research.) 3. Basic experience in quantitative research, proficient in using EXCEL or SPSS, able to quickly clean raw data and produce cross-analysis tables. 4. At least 4-5 years of experience in consumer insights/market research (both client and agency sides are acceptable). Preference for experience in 3C/electronic consumer products. 5. Research project experience should be product-oriented rather than retail research, industry research, or user experience studies. Preferred project types include U&A (Usage and Attitude), market segmentation, etc. Research focus should ideally cover target user profiles, product positioning, usage scenarios, opportunity exploration, churn analysis, etc. 6. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of conducting qualitative research overseas.

Able to gather and interpret information from multiple channels for specific user research questions to form your own understanding and answers. 2.Enjoy interacting with people or exploring the world. 3.Possess clear logical thinking, strong team collaboration awareness, excellent communication skills, high project ownership, good time management, and a strict adherence to delivery deadlines.
