Job Responsibilities
1.Market Development & Customer Acquisition Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the targeted country/region to achieve sales targets in the assigned country. 2.Market Intelligence & Analysis Collect and analyze local market data to identify trends, customer needs, providing professional consultation and customized solutions accordingly. 3.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and business growth. 4.Marketing & Promotional Activities Lead local marketing efforts, including campaigns, events, and exhibitions, to raise brand awareness and support business development. 5.Reporting & Coordination Regularly report sales performance and market feedback to headquarters, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Job Requirements
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, International Trade, or a relevant field. 2.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales within industries such as construction machinery, hydraulic components, or new energy sectors. 3.Language Skills: Proficiency in both the local language and English. Additional fluency in German, Russian, or Spanish is a plus.
