Job Responsibilities
Job responsibilities: 1. Quality inspection of overseas minority language service line, responsible for discovering the risks and process rules existing in the service process by checking the daily work records of customer service; 2, according to the inspection situation, output quality inspection report, put forward process rules and product optimization and improvement suggestions; Provide guidance or training to customer service representatives on standard implementation and service skills; 3. Responsible for the effect inspection of various quality improvement measures, and timely feedback on the effect inspection.

Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, C1 or above level in any of the following languages: Polish, Portuguese, Greek, Hebrew, Filipino, Thai, Finnish, Romanian, Danish, Norwegian, Malay, Hungarian (Magyar), Slovenian, Bulgarian, Estonian, Croatian, Lithuanian, Slovak, Zulu; 2. Experience in customer service quality inspection, Internet e-commerce industry is preferred; 3, with strong problem analysis ability, summary ability, communication and expression ability and insight; 4, work fair and objective, principle and strong sense of responsibility.
