Job Responsibilities
1. Develop category procurement strategies, purchasing plans, and stocking plans, ensuring effective internal and external communication for smooth implementation. 2. Conduct market research as needed to understand market trends and supplier distribution. 3. Manage category-related procurement tasks, including demand management, supplier sourcing, price inquiries, bidding, business negotiations, proposal comparisons, and contract negotiations. 4. Deliver procurement sourcing results on time, coordinating with internal departments such as demand, functional control, legal, and finance to push work progress. 5. Enhance the existing supplier database, develop suppliers, evaluate suppliers, manage the performance of certified suppliers, and maintain supplier relationships. 6. Identify issues and risks throughout the procurement process, ensuring compliance and orderly conduct at all stages. 7. Assist in the construction of procurement systems and optimization of process regulations. 8. Oversee the signing and archiving of supplier contracts and documents, including negotiation of legal terms, prices, and payment periods. 9. Monitor contract execution and delivery acceptance, and handle exceptional issues. 10. Conduct account reconciliations with suppliers, manage accounts and payment follow-ups, ensuring accurate and consistent accounting and documentation. 11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in English as a working language. 2. Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3 or more years of experience in supply chain or procurement-related work. 3. Strong systematic and logical thinking, with an innovative mindset. 4. Excellent communication and execution skills. 5. Positive attitude, lively personality, and willingness to travel.
