Currently, overseas intermediaries are used as a transition; in the future, the role will involve developing markets and managing teams independently.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree with experience in sales or sales management in the dyeing and finishing additives industry (experience with foreign companies such as Anglian, Rudolf, Hexion, or well-known domestic additive companies is preferred). 2. Experience in local additives sales or related industry sales experience and resources (such as dye factories, local government resources, etc.). 3. Ability to conduct market and customer analysis, and evaluate sales risks and customer prospects when interfacing with intermediaries. 4. Experience in end-user sales and market development is required. 5. Good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills with clear and logical thinking.
