Job Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy Planning 1. Understand market dynamics, competitors, and consumer needs deeply to develop comprehensive brand strategies and long-term development plans. 2. Set clear brand positioning, value propositions, and brand personality to ensure the brand's uniqueness and attractiveness in the market. 2. Brand Promotion and Communication 1. Plan and execute brand promotion activities, including online and offline advertising, public relations events, social media marketing, etc. 2. Manage brand communication channels to ensure consistency and accuracy of brand information. 3. Brand Asset Management 1. Establish and maintain brand identity, brand image, and brand visual systems, and protect brand intellectual property. 2. Monitor brand performance indicators, assess brand health and brand value. 4. Team Collaboration and Management 1. Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, sales, R&D, etc.) to ensure effective execution of brand strategies across business areas and market conversion. 2. Lead and manage the brand team, fostering team members' brand awareness and professional skills. 5. Budget and Resource Management 1. Plan, allocate, and control the brand promotion budget to ensure effective use of resources. 2. Seek and integrate external resources to expand brand collaboration opportunities.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, advertising, communication, or related fields. 2. Over 5 years of brand management experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry or the mother and baby industry, with a good understanding of market dynamics and brand operation patterns in the industry. 3. Excellent market insight, strategic planning ability, and innovative thinking. 4. Outstanding communication and coordination skills, team management ability, and project execution capability. 5. Proficient in marketing tools and techniques, with strong data analysis skills. 6. Passionate about brand building, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
