Job Responsibilities
1. According to the strategic objectives of the headquarters, be responsible for the daily business development and operation of Alidao Company; Formulate the business plan of Alidao Company and organize its implementation to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the company; 2. Responsible for formulating the company's business process and management system to ensure the effective operation of the company; Responsible for the operation and management of the new and used car business of the Russia company, ensure the smooth operation of the company, and be responsible for the realization of business goals; 3. Lead the team to open up new markets, develop new dealers, increase market share, and build a dealer management system; 4. Responsible for building the team of Russia branch, formulating and implementing talent plans, and doing a good job in the construction of talent echelon; 5. Coordinate domestic and foreign business resources, establish and maintain good cooperative relations, and enhance the overall competitiveness of the enterprise; 6. Regularly report market dynamics, operations and industry trends to the management, collect and analyze market and competitor information, and provide support for the company's decision-making.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, with experience in the operation and management of branches/subsidiaries; 2. More than 5 years of senior management experience in the automotive industry or related fields, able to lead the team to achieve business goals; 3. Highly sensitive to changes in the Russia automobile market, able to discover market opportunities and potential risks in a timely manner; 4. Russian can be used as a working language, understand the local cultural background and business habits of Russia, familiar with Chinese and English is preferred; 5. Excellent business negotiation ability, high professional ethics and conduct.
