Job Responsibilities
1. Develop channel plans for the assigned region based on the company's overall strategy, achieve sales targets, and be responsible for team building, management, and performance development; 2. Develop clients at various levels and establish a comprehensive channel system covering national distributors, regional distributors, wholesalers, and retailers; 3. Regularly visit channel members to maintain customer relationships, provide channel incentives, resolve various issues in the channel, and ensure channel stability; 4. Track inventory management, assist clients with order planning, and help the company ensure timely payment collections; 5. Develop and implement market promotion plans to promote the company and its products, and enhance brand image; 6. Conduct company presentations and product training for end sales personnel, optimize product displays, manage in-store promotional materials, and assist clients in improving product sell-through and sell-out; 7. Recruit business, promotion, and after-sales personnel as needed, establish a local brand operation team, and manage the team's daily activities; 8. Conduct market research to understand market demand and competitor information, and submit regular market reports.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2 years of experience in overseas consumer electronics, preferably in the mobile phone industry; 2. Proficient in English, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; CET-4 or above; 3. Good communication and coordination skills, customer development abilities, and team spirit; 4. Highly sensitive to market information, with the ability to quickly identify and seize market opportunities.
