Job Responsibilities

1.Plan and launch listing campaign products (e.g., referral rewards, promotional events) to attract new users and motivate retained users. 2. Be familiar with crypto spot trading rules, propose and execute growth strategies based on user trading behavior to drive traffic and trading growth. 3.Work closely with marketing, sales, technical, risk management, and legal teams to ensure the smooth launch of products. 4.Track various metrics of listing campaigns, analyze the effectiveness of activities, and make optimization adjustments based on feedback. 5. Conduct market research to understand crypto industry trends and competitor dynamics, propose product innovations and improvements to maintain product competitiveness.

Job Requirements

1. Min 5 years of experience in product management or project management, familiar with the crypto market and related industry rules, with relevant work experience preferred. 2. Outstanding market analysis and business insight, able to accurately grasp trends and user demands in the Crypto trading market. 3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of coordinating with multiple departments such as development, listing, and trading. 4. Solid project management and execution capabilities, effectively managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. 5. In-depth understanding of Crypto market operations. As a senior industry practitioner, demonstrate a profound passion for the industry, high awareness of industry hot topics, and deep insight into market dynamics.
